Announcement - New Joint Venture - 1 July 2010

We are pleased to announce that E Foqus Danmark A/S and Clipper Group have today entered a joint venture agreement.

Glomaris A/S was established in 2001 by the Clipper Group for a commercial roll-out of the integrated shipping and accounting software suite. E Foqus was founded in 2000 and is an international orientated and vertical focused software company who has specialised in solutions towards financial and shipping companies.

E Foqus Danmark A/S is a Gold Certified Microsoft Partner and was previously appointed exclusive distributor and development partner for Glomaris A/S.

The new joint venture – Glomaris A/S - offers consulting, software for the shipping industry, development and customizations, maintenance & support and will:

  • continue the service of tailor-made solutions to present and new customers for software fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Glomaris Classic)

  • continue developing the next Glomaris generation (G2) which includes a new architecture and platform independent from a specific ERP solution. The future generation of Glomaris is module based and are offered and sold separately, and they are combinable to the full version as known today with tight integration to finance/accounting
The Glomaris team and E Foqus’ shipping team will merge into one strong organisation providing unique solutions, high quality services and value adding consulting for the shipping industry.
The merger of the 2 teams allow us to service the market needs even better in the future.
