Concept

The overall purpose with Foqus Finance WEB is to minimize the administrational costs in the financing company and improve the general external service level.

The benefit of expanding Foqus Finance with Foqus Finance WEB is the ability to offer customers, clients, business relations and vendors a long line of self-service options and at the same time, offer a real-time online access to selected data in the system. Furthermore the Foqus Finance WEB opens up for data integration between third party users and Foqus Finance. The finance company can verify the given data while it is stored in a temporary data table, and after verification, import it directly into the system.

The customer specific Foqus Finance WEB solutions can be designed and customized to follow current design guidelines from the specific financing company or the connected vendors.

An integration of Focus Finance WEB and Foqus Finance requires the sub module Foqus Finance WEB Basis.

Leasing

The Vendor portal is user level controlled and can, as an example, provide the following self-service possibilities:

  • Upload vendor assets to financing
  • Generate quotes and contracts in PDF-format
  • Electronic credit requests
  • Breakdown of customers, assets, calculations, quotes and contracts

The Customer portal can e.g. offer the following self-service features:

  • Overview of schedules, assets and payment terms
  • Online delivery approval
  • Requests to the finance company
  • Customer related information and general news from the financing company
