Support Agreement

E Foqus offers support agreements to Focus Finance and Foqus Finance WEB. The agreement includes Focus Finance modules and sub modules, Navision AddOn’s, Foqus Finance WEB and all customer specific functionalities, that are developed by E Foqus.

The following support is included in the agreement:

  • WEB support
  • Phone support
  • 2. Level support
  • On location mending errors and omissions

The Support Agreement is compiled in close relationship with the customer and the customer’s IT-auditing consultants, in order to comply with all authority guidelines and security restrictions.
