Foqus Finance is a vertical business solution based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV - Navision.

All functions of a finance company’s daily requirements are maintained in one single solution. The solution contains all elements from relation management, contact persons and vendors, financial calculations, quotes, schedules and asset management through to accounting and general ledger. The fully integrated solution, results in a fast transformation of data to effective real-time sales- and managements tools.

Foqus Finance is developed in concurrence with Navision platforms and methods. The solution is registered in fixed number series within the fundamental system architecture in Navision. This is why it’s possible to combine standard Navision modules with Foqus Finance modules and Foqus Finance WEB modules. These module combinations enables us to create a unique functional solution which serves the needs of a specific customer.

The different modules can be modified separately with customer specific functionality, according to the business profile and work structure of the individual customer.

Navision

Leasing
The module contains complete functionality to run a leasing company with emphasis on financial- and operational leasing, renting and borrowing contracts. The Leasing module is developed in order to support all business processes from quoting, establishing of schedules, administration and archive, and all periodic activities like invoicing, rent and currency changes, reminder notifications, etc.

WEB
The modules provide clients, vendors, customers and employees with self-service facilities, engagement overviews, access requests, generating of documents in PDF-format, etc.
